10/10!! My furnace stopped working and had no heat for 3days, waiting on the company that intially installed the malfunctioning part to get back to us. My mom decided to try this company instead of waiting any longer and I'm so glad she did. They were professional, honest and quick....from the first call to the service that technician Nathan performed. Made us feel like a priority and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. So grateful for their service🙏 Will definitely use them again & recommend to my neighbors! THANK YOU! ❤️

I have not used them before. I called for an emergency no heat. I agreed to the whopping $269 emergency service. They came out in one hour. They diagnosed a probable oil flow issue (ie clogged filter). They literally did not have the oil filter on the truck. When I called back, they said someone will call tomorrow. It is 15 degrees outside.

Ralph came to give me an estimate on not only the price, but a better option on what oil tank to use and its location. Both recommendations were great. The team showed up on time and immediately went to work. Within approximately 4 hours the work was completed. With the exception of my new oil tank, you would never have believed any work had been done around my home. I would highly recommend this company, and you can use me as a referral. My husband and I had a terrific experience with this HVAC company. Everyone on the staff was kind and courteous and respectful - from the "director of first impressions" (gal on the phone when you call) to all the different techs that came out. They all wore shoe covers and cleaned up completely when they were done. Our job went on for a long time but only due to supply-chain problems and even then they kept us posted the whole time which was very appreciated. We had several contractors come out to give us estimates on this installation but the owner of this company is the only person that told us about government assistance loans we could apply for. Outstanding job. I was looking to replace my old A/C with a heat pump which could help with heating too. Ralph and his team at One Hour were able to do what I was hoping for, add the heat pump for A/C and heat, plus keep my working furnace when it gets really cold. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous all around. Highly recommend!
