DO NOT USE - DO NOT ORDER FROM LITFAD AS THIS IS THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE IN THE U.S. I am writing to formally report a serious issue with the AM Delivery service associated with my recent order. This has been the most unprofessional delivery experience I have encountered. I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD. According to the delivery notification, I was to receive a phone call prior to delivery, which was scheduled to occur between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. today, Monday, October 6th. However, I received a call at 1:35 p.m. indicating that the truck had already arrived at my residence. Because I had not been contacted beforehand as promised, I had briefly left for lunch and returned to my home by 1:53 p.m., at which point the delivery truck was no longer present (after having a conversation

I recommend that no one allows this company to deliver anything!!!!!!!!! There is no direct number to speak with a supervisor or manager! They have had my appliances for almost 3 weeks and no one can tell me when it will be delivered. I have been calling every day and getting the same answer! Horrible customer service. Please save yourself the headache.

Do not understand any circumstances deal with this company!!!! Totally unresponsive!!! I would never leave a bad review for any company but these people have a very poor system setup. Go purchase from Home Depot so you do not have to use these people. BAD BAD BAD!!!!

The worst of the worst! Please do not deal with this company. They will never deliver and assure you that all is well. No real customer service to speak to.

Our delivery team was extremely professional and both installed and removed a standup freezer in our home.
