A Perfect Touch Painting

We have worked with Dan, the owner of A Perfect Touch Painting for a few years on both our house and cabin. He has been extremely professional, fair priced, and prompt. He does GREAT work! Dan and his crew do a great job prepping the house prior to Painting and the paint stays on the house for years.They use Sherwin Williams products, and after many years after he painted, our house still does not need to be painted! We will continue to use A Perfect Touch Painting as we appreciate his attention to detail. He does not cut corners and takes a lot of pride in his craft.

Dan Kotek owner of A Perfect Touch Painting did a great job painting the entire interior of a large house for me. This included enameling of all the trim and woodwork, painting walls and ceilings. His pricing was excellent and the work was completed as expected. I will recommend him in the future.

Dan Kotek broke my new gutter system. Construction company could not understand why he went through the work of removing downspouts (and missing parts). Would be simpler to cover paint around. Removing the down spouts voided the warranty and broke the ports to gutter. Also twisted downspouts causing the system to leak entirely. He sprayed paint over: storm door window, randomly spray new ceiling fan, new steel hood range. There were various paint drippings on hardwood stairs and all on the inside of the railing. Got caulk on stove,When asked to look at the damage to gutters and the estimate to repair Dan Kotek refused. Dan estimates included Sherwin Williams Extreeme Block oil primer he did not use until I caught him. He is not a business man. Fraudulent with his estimates. Will not stand
