A Plus Garage Door Repair

Awesome experience working with A Plus Garage, and a shout out + thank you to Kasey in particular! I had an aging garage door at a property that started only partially lifting (never fully), and was clipping the frame of the home when opened manually. He was able to come out to the property next day, quickly identified the issues, and provided several service options across different price points to fit my short- and long-term needs. It’s often hard to find reliable service options as a Property Manager, but I’ll readily work with these guys again! 10/10

Peyton and Luis installed an entire new garage door/motor unit for me! They let me know about 30 minutes before they arrived that they were on their way (always nice when a window of time is given for an appointment). They explained the process, how long it would take and made sure all my questions were answered. They left my garage cleaner than when they came, showed me how to take care of the springs/joints and even troubleshooted connecting my car buttons to open the garage. They did a great job!

A+ Garage Door did a wonderful job! Technicians Tanner and Ourie (sorry I probably misspelled your name!) were fantastic. They did a thorough test to diagnose the problems with our garage doors. They clearly explained the various solutions and completed the installation very quickly and at a good price. I will be using them again for any future issues. Picture is of the shiny new springs they installed.

Kasey and A+ were awesome. Not only did he fix the initial issue I called about but he pointed out a couple future failure points that he was able to address. I am thankful that my door is working again and my family and belongings are safe.

Gage was fantastic during his visit this morning. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and most important, he was immediately trustworthy. He gave me all the options, gave me great pricing and got us exactly what we wanted/needed. I hope we don’t need more garage needs in the near future, but when we do, I’ve saved Gage’s number as my go to guy moving forward. As an added bonus, he was incredibly kind to my wife and kids that went in and out all morning. Overall, I walked away feeling everything was very fair and I felt very happy with our experience this morning. Way to go, Gage!
