Statewide Remodeling - Salt Lake City

The specialist showed up. Refused to meet with me because my wife was not here. We told the first rep that there are a few moments were together. I know my home, and I know what we want. I am more than capable of making a decision. The rep was rude, immediately called their call center and said he couldn't talk to me any further. He wanted to reschedule even though my wife wasn't there to talk about schedules, this was embarrassing for your company. I simply said this is not a great start and we won't need to reschedule - he walked out with no comment...super weird experience

We weren’t sure if we even wanted new windows or if we’d be able to get a good price… then Keith came along. From the moment he showed up, his friendly, down-to-earth personality made us feel like we’d known him for years. He was honest about every cost, patient with our questions, and genuinely cared about our goals for our home. Working with him was truly a great experience, and we’re actually excited to tackle future projects with Statewide Remodeling — especially if we get to work with Keith Johnson again. Thanks again Keith for the Buisness and some good laughs!

Scott ans Issac were super 👌 to work with. Quick and helpful, they answered all our questions as they went along. 🤔Plus they fixed and moved some wiring and plumbing so that everything would go into place and work properly. 🫡 I'm sure my 92 yrs mother will really enjoy the shower head cradle!!! 🚿 The gray color is a bit darker than we imagined, but that is on us!! 😆 Thanks for everything! 🫶👏 And a special thanks to Cheryl Tischler for keeping us in mind and fitting us into the schedule 2 weeks early ! 🤩

Our Kohler shower turned out just like we’d hoped. The install crew were perfectionists about all the details like cuts & fit, caulking & were very polite, friendly, knowledgeable & low impact while in our home. They answered all our questions like no one had ever asked them before. They put down drop cloths as soon as they arrived every day & took steps to minimize the dust & cleaned up every evening before they went home for the day.

The install team did a phenomenal job on our shower and tub, I could not believe that it was the same bathroom when they were done. Our old one was so terrible and not fitting our needs, having a functional and beautiful shower has changed our lives for the better. Pacific bath totally has our trust and loyalty from this experience. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
