Janet was great to work with. She listened to what I wanted showed me tons of options across a wide price range. She even brought the large sample pieces to my house so I could see it in my space. There was never any pressure and the quote was free. Every step of the way she called to update me or check in on the install. When there was an issue with the third party delivery she was immediately on top of it to get things fixed that same day. Derek, the contractor who installed, was very nice and polite. He did an impeccable job with meticulous precision. I highly recommend Factory Flooring to everyone. The laminate flooring I went with is Monument Waco by TAS Flooring. In the pictures you can see it under both white and yellow light for reference. I haven't moved in yet, so can't attest

Working with Factory Flooring Design Center was a top notch experience. We worked directly with Janet at the Draper store location. She was extremely attentive, helpful, and thorough throughout the entire design, order, payment and installation process. She provided constant communication updates on our project. We also had our basement shower tile installed by a tile subcontractor contracted through Factory Flooring Design Center. The final shower outcome is very professional. The LVP flooring subcontractor/installer, Derek did an excellent job leveling our subfloor & installing a large square footage of LVP as well as our new LVP stair treads & risers. Updating my upper and lower level flooring was a big project and I appreciated their professional guidance and recommendations. Janet was amazing, very responsive and even provided recommendations for movers and painters. She went above and beyond to make sure it turned out well. I had a great experience with Factory Flooring Design Center and Janet Allen. Janet had some samples already chosen for me based on a phone conversation when I showed up for my appointment. She gave me some helpful pointers and the decisions were made in about 15 minutes start to finish. The installer did a great job and the floors look great. This was our third time dealing with FFD. Janet, was our sales person this time. She was stellar to deal with. She showed us everything that was available, gave her honest opinion and bright samples to our home. We ended up with a great option that looks lovely. We did out upstairs and downstairs all in one day. The installers were fast and efficient and did a great job. We also had a runner made for our wood stairs made up, it looks amazing! Couldn’t be more happy with what was picked out and installed.
