Advanced Garage Door

We had tried to get another garage door company out four different times and they never came – and they only called to apologize once! Our service technician was Sam, and he was fantastic! I actually met Royce at the Golden Spike Home Show And found him very polite and knowledgeable, so I decided to have them come out to help us with our garage related needs. Sam informed me as to his arrival time, arrived at that time, gave me a quote for doing what we needed to have done, and was able to do the work on the spot! He even fixed something I didn’t realize needed to be fixed until he was here, And he fixed it within five minutes. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give Advanced Doors a 12!

I have used Advanced Door for all of my building projects for about 15 years! Great customer service and always a quality job. Royce came to do an annual service at my personal house today. Great job and attention to detail and a super fun attitude! I would completely recommend these guys.

Garage door spring had broken, called Advanced, polite professional answered, took info, and scheduled. Once tech assigned, Sam Merrill, Sam provided two hour window for arrival and communicated exact arrival with techs picture and background on abilities. Sam arrived, clean and professional, quoted all he could do, from the minimal safe work to maximum bells and whistles versions with material and labor clearly illustrated. We picked our option and he immediately started and was completely done in under two hours. Job accomplished flawlessly with excellent attention to detail. We highly reccomend this company for any garage door or opener needs. Just do it.
