I’m so happy for Duwayne and Darrell or shall I say D&D (did a great deal) of professional work. Everything was exciting because they explained everything to me. When I asked about my water heater he told me how old it was and explained how a new one would work. I was impressed and David Perry was here and he made sure that we’d get a new one on Thursday. I’m so excited about everything and everyone who has worked with us. A-Plus has a great team of talented individuals who have been amazing to have in our home. No stars. These guys used to do a decent job, but recently I have been severely disappointed in service and trustworthiness. We had them or for regular maintenance on a service agreement we just started after moving to a new residence. We had had their service at a prior residence, and in that arrangement whenever they came out they replaced filters. Here they told us that was on us. Instead they wanted to book additional services, and as far as I could tell that was the only thing they did with the maintenance plan, sell us other services. Services they would never actually deliver. They gave us two quotes, details aren't important, let's just say a low cost and a high cost option. Brian was amazing in selling me 2 new HVAC Systems. Duwayne and Darryl was amazing during the install. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their work. I feel so much better that I have 2 new HVAC systems and my family is safe and warm. Thank you God for answering my prayers by sending me good people to install our systems.
