I had great success with my install with this company everybody from the office -Shelley to the guys in the field treated my mom and myself top notch. They were very conscientious with the home and made sure that everybody was completely satisfied, even checking and following up. They treat you like family. Roberto and Arturo were fabulous and very professional answering all of the questions along the way

Shelley and her husband are some of the loveliest, most thoughtful and generous souls I have encountered in my long history of dealing with businesses. I’m over 70. They provided me a real steal—the most plush, Beautiful, highest quality carpet for my apartment that I’m sure will be SO perfect. Wonderful business! So convenient to Benicia too. I highly recommend them!!

DO NOT USE A & S FLOORING — UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND COMPLETELY DISHONEST This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. A & S Flooring is a complete joke of a company — unethical, unreliable, and full of empty promises. They lie to your face, fail to follow through on timelines, and then vanish when it’s time to take accountability. They overpromise and severely underdeliver. What started as a simple flooring job turned into an ongoing nightmare. They didn’t finish the project, missed deadlines without notice, and refused to respond when things went wrong. Their customer service is nonexistent, and the workmanship (what little was actually done) was rushed and sloppy. If you value your time, money, and sanity — STAY FAR AWAY from this company. T

This is an unethical and unreliable business group. They were sub-contractors to Lowe's and installed carpets in our entire house. During installation some damage was done. After some negotiation they agreed to pay for this damage. However after months of waiting and calling it has become clear that they have no intention of actually paying. They have repeatedly told me that a check will be sent today but it never has. A&S floors is a third rate operation with very low ethical standards. Lowe's should not be using an enterprise such as A$S Floors who have no respect for customers. I will make sure that we never have to deal with this group in the future. It should be avoided by all.
