The first way to lose business is to take information by phone, promise an estimate and then never follow up. It’s as if my request and my contact information fell into a black hole. About a week ago I happened to see an A&S Land & Lawn Care crew in my neighborhood, so I spoke with them and got a business card. I called them the same day...... and over a week later I still haven’t received a call back. Finally I took the initiative and called him back, and it was as if he had never spoke to me or set up an appointment. It’s these things that make the difference in gaining or losing business.

I'm not sure what happened between year 1 and year 2. I wish I hadn't signed the contract for the second year. Edited based on owner's response: Nothing noted below had not been discussed, and leaves out key details. There was zero response to my cancelation request, which was reasonably polite, except for a bill (which was paid immediately).

Service quality went down cut over cut... They showed up late at least a week or 4 days several times. Received complaint from HOA because of their tardiness. Have pics to share and videos of their poor quality. Lack of integrity. Its too bad.

It is great to work with a company that is owned by such knowledgeable professionals. I love their attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile for the customer. Scott and Laura are the best!!!

Poor quality, late, garbage equipment, late to cut then they do a terrible job cutting grass too short with a good 10% of patches not cut due to waiting so long and blades bend over and not getting cut. Very rude owners.
