A STAR OIL

I've had nothing but a great experience with A Star Oil for the last two years. A responsive and helpful small business, always able to deliver quickly, with a good deal, and stellar service. And then last month, our oil tank leaked. I called the emergency line after regular office hours, and was patched through to someone. They talked me through what I could do immediately, and then the technician, Will, showed up in 25 minutes! Will was excellent at getting our situation resolved quickly, and even showed up on the weekend to deliver and set up our new tank so we could be back to proper heating business during this endless cold snap! So very impressed with them! Thank you!

A couple of weeks ago I woke up to find that my boiler was not turning on and the temperature inside was 54 degrees! Unfortunately it was a Sunday and without a maintenance contract I was having a difficult time finding someone to come out that had a reasonable price. I order my oil from A-Star so I gave them a call. Arthur called me back and within a couple of hours I was up and running, all for a reasonable price! I’m very grateful for Arthur and A-Star oil coming to my rescue!

I have been using A-Star for about two years now, both myself and my in laws next door. We’ve been very pleased with their service. Super prompt. Great prices. Every-time I call, the office answers, is friendly and gets us scheduled asap. The drivers are also very friendly and helpful.

When I first moved to Woonsocket I used to use a different oil company Petro who ripped me off for years until I found this way better company I'm so happy I found them. They have the best prices around compared to other companies. So much happier now. I called for a service and they came out a few hours later.when you call for oil they come out next day. Best in every way.
