Purchase our home in October. Moved in November. I asked for some extra time to create my 30 Day Punch List. Fast forward to January! Finally created my list, not much on it! Builders did a great job!! My list was completed by a couple of very courteous gentlemen who had great manners and attitude. I couldn't be happier with my new home!

Every step along the way from the very beginning of choosing the selections for the Bailey model, the many questions of construction, the detailed walk throughs, move in, first month punch list and then finally with the completion of the one year warranty, we have received great service! My wife and I have went back and forth for years now debating whether to buy a new house. This will be our 7th home we’ve built, and by far the best experience we’ve ever had. I probably have drove Dave the Construction Foreman crazy always at the house taking pictures. The workers take pride in their work, and it shows. Before closing it was Dave pointing out discrepancies that needed addressing that I didn’t even notice. Looking forward to building a lifetime of memories in our new home. Thank you
