A & X GRANITE & MARBLR

A & X left my old kitchen granite counter top leaning against a tree in my FRONT yard. And they didn't have the enough courtesy and integrity to tell me. When I returned home, I had to make several calls to Javier to bring it to his attention. He didn't even call me back. I've been waiting four days, and despite their empty promises, they haven't picked it up yet! Selena is good. They did a good job installing the quartz--but they fail to extend the overall professional courtesy that people spending $10,000 should receive!!!! Make sure they detail every step of service to you in advance and get it in writing! Based on my experience, I do not view them as honorable.

Selena is amazing. She kept me in the loop the entire time and she was always super responsive. I gave her a couple pictures to give a general idea of what I wanted. She helped me pick the perfect stone to get the look I was going after. I will absolutely use this company for any future projects!

Salina made the entire process of putting in new kitchen counters painless. The work crews were friendly, polite and efficient. They were able to save the tile backsplash (saving me $) and even vacuumed up after! Product is absolutely gorgeous! Wish I had allowed A&X to do them years ago. Excellent experience and service. Adrianna was very responsive to my initial inquiry; came right out, measured, supplied a quote and then invited me to the yard to look at granite slabs for our planned kitchen renovation. Even making suggestions of particular slabs to look at which she thought would compliment our kitchen color scheme and was spot on. Wound up with a beautiful slab of granite with quartz and what looks like tourmaline inclusions, giving the countertops more of a marble appearance that I absolutely love! The result is stunning in our farmhouse galley kitchen, really elevating the space. The install was fast and professional. Highly recommend!

Great experience. This place is small but they had exactly what I was looking for and the price was right. The customer service was exceptional. They were on time for the measurement appointment as well as the installation and they did a great job. My countertop looks awesome. I highly recommend.
