A1 Garage Door Service

Attempted to install a garage door myself with my dad, buying a Menards garage door. Worked just okay (wasn’t smooth) for a few months. On the coldest day of the year the garage door got stuck in the up position because the cables loosened up around the drums and got tangled. Julio replaced the springs, as I didn’t have sufficient ones. It worked great now and Julio was awesome. He was patient and took his time on literally the coldest day of the year. Really smart, good communicator, and provided a solution that will last a long time.

Antonio was great. His customer service is excellent! His attention to detail was fantastic. Hw informed us that the springs we had installed were not what we paid for. When we had the garage installed we went with the more expensive springs. However, the springs which were installed were the cheaper ones. He did a great job installing the new springs and servicing the garage door. We are very thankful that Antonio was honest and went above and beyind

My experience with A1 garage door services was fantastic. I called them up and the office staff was very friendly and professional. Greg Nocun the tech came out within about 1.5 hours and finished the job in under an hour. He was very personable and did a great job going through everything with me. Great experience all around!

Had an ancient garage door opener that I called A1 to come out to switch. Tech Chris Suchla was excellent. Explained all the options available thoroughly so I could make an informed decision. He even found that for my other garage door there was hardware grinding on the garage door coil and helped remedy that before the coil may have popped. Chris and A1 do a great job taking care of their clients and answering any questions.

From the initial meeting with Greg, who explained everything about the products and gave us various options for the garage door look, to speaking with JP about pricing and options to meet the Budget that we were comfortable with The process was Extremely stress-free. Our installer Christian was extremely personable and professional. The end result was just beautiful. It made the smile of our home that much better.
