My house was freezing cold over the weekend when I got back on Saturday. Called on Sunday after 12pm and left a voicemail. Got a call back soon and said a tech will be out next day Monday morning. He came, inspected my furnace and it was a simple fix (overheat from dirty filter and tripped a sensor). I paid in cash for the service call and got a few bucks back which was nice gesture. I have ordered AC unit from them in the past and works great. I know this company takes service seriously, and never did I feel pressured to buy new furnace. I was just happy to get my heat back on! :)

Came home after 2 weeks gone working to my house at 48°. I called Oak Creek and they said they would have someone here in a couple of hours. Someone arrived in a half an hour. We had planned on replacing the furnace in spring as it was 30 years old but hoping it would be something simple, it wasn't. They had a whole crew of amazing guys here putting in a new furnace within the hour. Everything looks very professional, neat and clean and I have heat. They also have a qoute for us for the central air unit in spring which we will most definitely have them do. Thanks to everyone that was here today and our pup Mia thanks you too!

Unacceptable Conduct from Contractor Today, a technician was dispatched to install equipment at my neighbor’s home. Given the rainy conditions, I parked near my front door to minimize exposure for myself and my baby. The contractor, seemingly upset about my parking proximity to his truck, responded by honking aggressively and exiting his vehicle to confront us. His behavior was not only unprofessional but entirely inappropriate—especially considering there was a baby in the car. Despite my efforts to communicate, he refused to disclose which property he was working on—only for me to later discover that the installation was happening between my house and my neighbor’s. Brett came out yesterday to troubleshoot our air conditioner. He was courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Fortunately, the part(s) that needed replacing were still under warranty from our 9 y/o unit. This company installed the unit as well as our furnace at that time. I highly recommend Oak Creek Heating & Cooling.
