I recently had the pleasure of working with Wisconsin Granite for a few smaller projects for my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the pricing, stone options and lead times were all exceptional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The show room is clean and organized with so many options to choose from. I love the digital proof that was sent to me before fabrication of my pieces, it gives you an excellent idea of how your piece will look ahead of time. My husband and I had a great experience with Wisconsin Granite. We visited a couple other countertop show rooms, and they were just so overpriced. Not only was the price at WG very competitive, they also gave us a military discount! Sue and Amanda were great to work with from start to finish. They also worked exceedingly well with our contractor. The timelines from measure to install were very reasonable. They had quite the selection at the showroom also. I was afraid I wouldn’t find something that went well with my chestnut cabinets, but we did. I’m very happy with the outcome. The granite we chose, millennium cream, is beautiful. Poor Communication: I am so disappointed as I had a beautiful piece of stone on hold while we were finishing renovations for measurements. I even went to make sure it was still there and Amanda assured me it was good and she knew I was trying to find a piece in the back and that I was going to buy it regardless if I could not find a matching piece with same finish, I told her MULTIPLE times. She knew I loved this leathered piece of quartzite and after getting our measurements we went to pick out the rest of our stone today as we had two houses, and she told me the piece was sold because it was to long and they don’t hold without a deposit…that was news to me, why didn’t she tell me that when I put it on hold?or when I went to check on it a few weeks ago and find more matching pieces?Or

I had an excellent experience from start to finish with Wisconsin granite design, my start was with Sue who answered all my questions and helped set up the the appointments to get everything done within my timeline, she was easy to work with and made our shopping experience easy. Then I had a very nice guy come measure and he explained everything to expect and answered all my questions as well, my templates were emailed for me to see exactly what my counters would look like, and installation was done fast and precise, with detailed care instructions given before they left. Wisconsin Granite did a great job with our new granite countertops! Sue was great to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The installers were also great! They went through everything with us after they were finished and cleaned up any mess that was made. We found and small crack in part of the granite after they left and they came out immediately the next day to fix it. Excellent customer service!! It was a very smooth process! We would highly recommend Wisconsin granite for any of your home improvement projects!
