Great, family owned business. Mike and Brandon today, excellent job cleaned up after therself.Put rugs underneath everything so they would not scratch the floors i would recommend them to everybody I know i\nHad them in south milwaukee 37 years ago. Get R&H heating , you won't be disappointed

My A/C went out late Friday so was unable to get anyone until Monday AM. Fred took my call, understood I had two aging dogs in the house that was cooking at 86 degrees, and was able to make a quick stop to service my A/C. He was quick, efficient and very honest about his recommendations on my A/C since it was installed in 2002. He was quickly able to replace the capacitor and able to get the air working within 15 minutes at a very reasonable price. Myself and my dogs are very grateful for Fred to fit us in so quickly. Great family owned and locally operated company! Definitely will be using their services again!

On 6/723 - I had a Bosch Heat Pump installed - to replace my excising and aged & failing AC system. I am very pleased with the selection as it will not only act as a AC but also provide heat when the temperature warrants and allowing the use of furnace during the real cold months. The installation was only half a day. They explained what they were going to do and communicated and answered any of my questions upon completion. - I am very satisfied customer - I initially met the team back in the fall of 2020 with Fred - Mike and Brandon. They had done such a great job then and with all my service needs - tune - up's etc.. That I didn't hesitate to go with them again. They have a new team member - Josh and he also has much experience and is a great fit to a well operated efficient operation.

Awesome experience start to finish. Very friendly, professional and helpful, while even getting me a new furnace and heat pump within a couple of days. I asked about some additional features and appreciated that they were very honest and upfront and they didn't try to upsell me. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

Fred and the guys are always the best. Helpful and understanding, a true family owned business. Reasonable, responsible, and reliable. I've found their service to be better then other's before I found them, true Christian values govern them in all Fred and his father do. Thanks for all your service!
