A1 Heating and Air Conditioning

This review is long overdue. Almost a year to be exact. I was having major issues with my boiler shutting off due to a number of previous issues and incompetent plumbers who didn’t know what they were doing. I went to Google and found A1 and I was finally relieved. It took a few visits to get to the root of the problem but I was totally satisfied in the end. Gary was always available for every text and call and sent people out in an emergency at all times. Their customer service and professionalism are unmatched. Almost a year later and the system has been running smoothly and no complaints. I would totally recommend.

A1 is by far one of the better companies that I’ve ever had to deal with. They are very knowledgeable. They are very respectful and they take the time to explain everything about the service and especially the #Warranty. Riccardo was great along with all his workers. They were very respectful, kind and courteous, but most of all kept my house extremely clean throughout the entire process of being here from 8:30 in the morning till 4 o’clock in the afternoon. I give A1 a 10 star rating Gary, who is the owner was very kind and very patient and explained in full detail exactly what his men will be doing when they came to my house to install my water heater

Our thermo coupler broke, and obviously that’s not something a newbie should fix. I called A1 and they immediately put someone on our job. Gary was extremely friendly and helpful. Ricardo was absolutely wonderful, he was prompt, informative and explained everything in a way I could understand. He had the thermo coupler fixed quickly and our heat was back up and running within a couple hours (from noticing it was our). Thank you both for getting us up and running so quickly.

They responded timely and were very nice people. Our leak couldn’t be fixed immediately because of a part. So the serviceman made a temporary fix to hold until the next day. They showed up the next afternoon and the leaking water from the furnace is fixed. The price for a house call was no different than any of the others. We are very pleased. I would recommend.

What a fantastic job!! A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning went above and beyond with the installation of a ductless mini split in my daughter's bedroom, from start to finish. The skilled team who worked on our house was professional on every level. Not only were the technicians meticulous with the installation, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They also took their time explaining how to operate the system to my husband, daughter and me, and their clean-up was immaculate. I will definitely be using A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning for all of our heating and cooling needs. Thank you for everything, A-1!
