Mc Intosh plumbing replaced a 30+ year old heating system, with a new heating and indirect hot water system in my home. From the first phone call, to get an estimate, to the final installation, they were nothing but reliable and professional. They arrived on time and worked like a well oiled machine. The job was completed in the time frame that they promised. The old components were taken away and they took care to leave my home in the neat way they found it. Service like that is hard to find. Everything went smoothly and one small glitch was immediately addressed. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services again.

We experienced a water heater failure on the coldest week of the year. Frank was very responsive and got to work on it right away. Owen and the crew installed a Navien on demand hot water system for our DHW and radiant floors. The system works great. We appreciate the great job they did in difficult conditions. I'm truly thankful for the efforts of Frank McIntosh Plumbing and Heating. I didn't have heat on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving 11/27/2025; How lucky! After one plumber and an electrician showed up at my house on 11/26, I had the problem diagnosed and found I had a defective breaker and an old emergency shutoff switch. Both items were replaced, but my boiler still didn't fire up to send heat. The first plumber stated I need to replace my damper motor and assembly. When Frank McIntosh and his assistant showed up on Friday 11/28, they new exactly what to do . Rather than just remove/replace the damper motor, they first tested the system with a multimeter. Frank discovered that my Control Center inside the boiler was defective. Luckily, he had the part in his van and replaced it. It pays to
