If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any service provider — cesspool or otherwise. Not only did they completely botch the job they were hired to do, but they caused thousands of dollars in damage to our home and then ghosted us for months. We initially hired them for what should have been a routine cesspool service. During their visit, they managed to cause a leak — which flooded our property and caused it to RUIN our brand new hardwood floors. This damage wasn’t minor. Entire sections of flooring now need to be replaced because of their complete lack of care and professionalism. When we called to report the damage, we were met with nothing but lies and runaround. These guys are the best! Extremely honest, great prices, and the best customer service you could ever dream of! I had some cesspool issues a couple of years ago, and they treated the system and gave a 1 year guarantee. After several months had the same issue, and they came back and treated again, no charge! Eventually, I needed a new system (septic tank, cesspool, etc.), I got several quotes, and these guys were the best. Everything went smoothly with the install (arrived promptly early in the morning on schedule and they were in and out in a day)! No issues with the system since! Been using them forever. Bob was handling everything, but Michael and Dominic have taken charge. The absolute best. Timing, efficiency, honesty, and price. Also the nicest people. Wouldn't choose anyone else. They were even able to locate my cesspool when another company said it was under the deck, which it wasn't. Awesomeness all around.

I rarely post reviews but I feel AJS Cesspool, especially Andy deserves an excellent review. I had him service my cesspool and paid him once..I had problems with water filling up when I was abroad and he serviced it and again recently when it was backed up. He didn't charge me again but most importantly, its the reliability that I want to highlight..he said he will be there in an emergency and he did and took care of it. Thanks for the professionalism.

I called another company to get quotes before calling AJS and was told they could fix my problem. I explained that I had a backup in my basement toilet and stall shower. They said I needed my cesspool pumped. $175 to locate the cesspool, $95 a foot to dig, then $595 plus tax to aerate and treat the issue, and they would be at my house within an hour or 2. Thank God I called AJS next. They called me back within 2 minutes, asked me info about my house and then told me that if I pump the cesspool based on the age of my home there’s a possibility that the cesspool would collapse. They can be there in a half hour to 45 minutes to do the job, aerate and treat for $325 plus tax, and it’s good for 1 year warranty. Well, Andy and Bob from AJS showed up within a half hour and did a phenomenal job. I
