AA Carpet Cleaning

I contacted AA and immediately received a call back and was scheduled the following week which was great! Unfortunately, the person who was scheduled to clean arrived 40 minutes late and I had to rearrange morning because of this. Once the service person arrived he tracked dirt on my wood floors and on my carpet. I asked him to remove his shoes or wear shoe covers and he shrugged it off and stated he was going to clean the area anyway. I was extremely annoyed because I simply wanted a cleaning, and my family and friends don’t even wear shoes in my house so I would think someone providing a service would show more respect. Also my carpets aren’t filthy and I have no pets and again we don’t wear shoes indoors. He did clean the carpet and the price was fair but the customer service was lacki

I hired AA Carpet Cleaning to clean my carpets after my pet had multiple accidents over night. I was looking for someone to come do a same-day service, and they delivered! Boris was very quick to respond to my call and text, and he showed up on time just hours after the initial call. Not only was the service done quickly, but the price was very reasonable! The results were great. He also was kind enough to help replace an air vent in my hallway at the end. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this company!

We are so happy with the carpet cleaning that Boris did for our new home. He was responsive and provided a fair quote. Not to mention he was able to the job within 2 days of our request. I hired AA Carpet Cleaning for a move-in clean at my rental. I was expecting the rental would be recently cleaned, but I was mistaken. Since I just received the keys today, I was looking for someone to come do a same-day service. They quickly responded to my call and came out the same afternoon. The price was very reasonable, and the work was professional and efficient. He was very kind and helpful in sharing some tips and tricks since we are new to the area. I highly recommend!

First of all, Big thank you to AA carpet cleaning. My issue was time sensitive, and he was the only professional. That was willing to come help me even in the evening.
