First off, it took me several months to decide if I should even write this review. I truly find it hard to say negative things about a business, and a small business for that matter. If nothing else I want to save someone else the hardship, money and lots of wasted time that redemption cost us. They did a complete home remodel starting October of 2022. Overall we were very unsatisfied with the overall work performed, the end result, and the communication that Dave and Jason provided. We got tired of going back and forth on making things right so we eventually gave up. If anyone personally wants the long story on everything you can email me. I hired Jason of Redemption Construction to replace my roof and paint my home. Within a few days after the new roof went on, major leaks caused the ceiling to collapse in a number of rooms . Jason has yet to fix all of the damage the roofer has caused. Over the course of a year, I have found three more leaks in a brand new $20,000 roof. Even the removal of roof material gouged a number of my windows. At the time of this writing, Jason has not delivered on his promises to fix what his subcontractors have damaged, a full year has elapsed since Jason started working on my home and despite his promises, the work has not been completed and I am still living in a damaged home. Jason with Redemption construction built a cover for my back patio, replaced upper cabinets in several locations, and replaced counter tops and sinks in several bathrooms. The quality of the work was excellent, all workers were respectful and did a high quality job, and Jason was on time, on budget, and communicated frequently throughout the project. Communication allowed for changes along the way and a finished product we are extremely happy about. You get what you pay for - and in this case, Redemption Construction provided a good value as well - Thanks Jason!

We worked with Jason at Redemption Construction to remodel our house. At first he seemed responsive and understanding, however there is an extreme lack of follow through. We had to constantly keep him on track for our project and remind him of things he had said he called on weeks prior. The work done looks like an amateur did it and honestly feel like I could have done better with no experience at all. He takes no responsibility for the less than desirable work that was done and makes excuses for why his guys never show up for repairs. And yes I have taken time off work and waited for people to never show up. He also still has yet to provide any receipt that we have requested multiple times. I would not recommend.

Redemption Construction was great to work with! My finished product is awesome! They worked well with my design ideas and any questions or concerns. I have called them for several projects and will continue! They are my “one stop” shop!
