When our HVAC system started to emit a strong, persistent odor we decided to call Sunstone based on the overwhelming number of positive online reviews the company has received. A visit to our home was scheduled for later that same week to which Matt arrived right on time. To my great embarrassment, however, the offending odor had mysteriously vanished by the time he got here. I apologized to Matt for potentially wasting his time. Unfazed, he went ahead and inspected the system anyway, just to make sure there weren’t any underlying issues that may cause the stink (or something worse) to recur in the future.
