We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Scott and his team at Better Homes Inc. After reviewing multiple bids, Scott stood out immediately with his insight and attention to detail. He introduced us to Nichiha siding, which beautifully mimics our home’s original cedar shake and gives it a unique, high-end look without breaking the budget. Scott also suggested design details like white trim to blend with our windows and butted siding corners for a seamless, fully wrapped finish. He even brought in a Benjamin Moore color specialist, Tracy to help us find the perfect colors. I hired Better Homes Inc initially for dry rot repair. Scott came out the next day w/his team to evaluate and fix. Prompt Service! I ended up hiring them to reside the whole house, paint, fix more dry rot found in posts and new front windows. While they worked on that added to the list carport to be painted and new roof for carport. So why stop there..She Shed will be painted to match the house. I honestly got the DREAM TEAM! of Chris and Jose ..I wish I had more $$ to keep them. Thank you Scott, Chris and Jose for making this a great experience and so love my "new" house. Kelly

Better Homes rebuilt our deck this summer & it turned out Great! We had an idea of what we wanted, but Scott & his crew made it look easy. They were quick and efficient, using top shelf materials. Scott went out of his way to find me the exact pickets I had wanted too. After they were all done we noticed some glitches that needed a professional response & Scott showed up personally to make sure they were all fixed. I’m sad that we don’t have any more funds to keep his crews working around our home.

Scott, Jose and Leo did a great job replacing my very old siding on the dormers and in several spots around the house. They were extremely skilled as well as being neat and friendly. If you want to preserve as much of your original siding as possible without redoing your whole house, they will do it gladly. They were able to get the siding done before winter, despite the weather being terrible, which I really appreciated. Update: it is June, and they finished not only the paint but also replaced our failed roof. Both look beautiful. The color consultation with the extremely knowledgable Tracie made color selection much easier than imagined. Our house required 47 gallons of paint to finish! It is not huge, but the old siding and shingles required a lot of extra work. I really appreciate the

Quality workmanship that reflects efficiency, integrity, and attention to detail. Scott and his team once again delivered a stellar project in replacing our roof. They replaced our siding last year and did an excellent job. Scott leads a tight squad of friendly and hardworking folks (including the rescue squirrel), who take pride in their knowledge and care for their craft. And Scott takes good care of his team. I am very happy with the results of both projects and would trust them to do any in the future. Highly recommend this company whether you’re knowledgeable about construction or not.
