I contacted nick on thumbtack after 12am. He came to my house at 7am. I had a bad leak due to a big blizzard and a lot of snow on my flat roof. He shoveled all the snow off my roof into my backyard alone and put salt down and came back next day and completed the job. Haven't got snow again yet but this been a problem for a few years in a row now and he came and replaced what needed to be replaced and did a totally different job from the others. Im 99.9 percent sure the leak is fixed and next snow i have no worries. Next snow is tomorrow so I will know soon but again im sure he did a great job and will call him again.
