Recently finished my basement with Paul and his crew. The process was painless. There was always someone available to discuss the progress, any last minute changes I wanted (because I’m difficult. Don’t be difficult with them too, it’s not nice), and the end result was amazing. New Horizon Homes was the first estimate I did for a basement, and they were the ones I trusted to do the work when we decided to move forward. Thanks again!

Hired New Horizon Homes to renovate a bathroom and bedroom. They were amazing! Clean and careful in my home, covering all floors they walked on with drop cloths to protect them. They cleaned out all the water damage in the walls (we had a roof leak in the bedroom and water got behind a wall in the bathtub area) and literally rebuilt the front wall of our house due to water damage. Tile work, fixtures, window replacement, electrical work, plumbing, painting - all done well. Very satisfied customer!

I met with Gabriel from New Horizon Homes. I found the company on Google. From the moment I called, I was greeted by a nice lady and she told me that she would send me a package of the person that would be coming to my home. I loved that very much because many times you don’t know who to expect and you are given a name but no face to go with the name and you can let the wrong person in your home. A small and considerate gesture like that, made me trust them as they set themselves apart from the other contractors I called. I received the package with Gabriel’s picture and info and also the services they provide along with a background of the company. We just had our basement finished and we couldn’t be happier. John was an excellent project manager. He communicated with us on a daily basis what would be taking place and asked if we had any questions, concerns or additional requests. Him, as well as his crew were friendly , professional and did excellent work. Everyone we dealt with from new horizon homes (from the estimate to the final product ) exceeded our expectations and We will definitely be using them for future projects.
