Liz helped me from my first inquiry through email and was very quick in replying with a quote. Wonderful team — they took care of my things very fast and efficiently. This was my first move from my parents’ house into my own apartment, so it was a big moment for me, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Mr. Dwight, the head mover, was very nice and professional, along with his team of movers. Everything was handled with care and placed exactly where I needed it. Selling my house - closing on Wednesday. Due to the blizzard my scheduled move w another company got postponed. I had to be out of my house prior to the closing. Found another company - Piece of Cake. They gave me a quote - good for 24hrs. I spoke to them and booked it w a deposit. 3 hrs later they call telling me no more available slots. In those 3 hrs I could’ve been looking for other options. Now it’s 6pm. Call my broker and real estate atty- they won’t change the time of the closing. I look for new moving companies that can move me on Tuesday. Finally at 10:40 pm I find a place that said “closing soon”. Still open at 10:30?
