Brett was a GODSEND SUPERSTAR TODAY. 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE FR! He helped us out with a capacitor for a 20 year old Rheem AC unit! He was able to match up the old one to a new one and we have air! Blessings are nice! THANKS AGAIN BRETT 😊🙏
These guys ordered the complete wrong part. They sent us on a wild goose chase and us do extra steps for no reason. We had no ac for way longer because of them and their lack of professionalism. Upon arrival they didnt even speak and never would even admit there mistake. I had him look it up and he knew. So unfriendly and rude as well.
