I refurbished my house with AAI Poggenpohl, as I like Poggenpohl cabinetry, but found the company increasingly difficult to deal with as the renovation progressed. When things went wrong, which happens of course, they never took responsibility or made amends. When we pointed at flaws or imperfections in the work, we were told it was "industry standard", whatever that means. On multiple occasions, we were misled on what would be included as part of the renovation costs. The post-work follow-up has been non-existent.
