Wonderful products and fair pricing! We have used Abbey flooring to replace the flooring of our rental and again for our bathrooms. The ordering and installation was smooth and well done. Javier is wonderful to work with, great at communicating and finding products that meet your needs and budget. Highly recommend!

Abbey's Floor & More recently installed new carpet for our office here at Advantage Real Estate. The owner Kelly, did a fantastic job of making sure every detail was overseen and completed to satisfaction. Customer service is definitely a priority for Abbey's. His installer Ricardo was very good at his job and I've heard he is the best installer locally and has been serving our area for over 20 years. Javier was always polite on the phone and made sure everyone was contacted when i called to inquire on anything. Advantage Real Estate would definitely contact Abbey's again should the need arise. I am giving a 2 star rating because I love my new carpet and the installer Ian, an independent contractor, did an excellent job. However the sales rep Javier out and out lied to me, it would seem to get the sale. My first request in the door of the store was to ask to see carpets of 13 foot width as I didn't want to have a seam through the middle of our 12 foot wide room. Javier said that there would be no problem as 12' carpets are manufactured with extra inches to make stretching feasible. Carpet now installed, seam right down the middle of the room. When I called Javier to remind him of the information he had given us and express my disappointment his response was "we never had that conversation". Second lie! Abbey Floor & More did an excellent job of installing my new carpet. Their price was reasonable compared to other local competitor bids and they were willing to work with me to keep within my budget. Had a couple of minor issues initially with logistics, and I spoke to the owner Kelly who was kind, helpful and accommodating and followed through to resolve. He even did some extra work for me at no extra charge when my water heater broke and soaked some of the newly installed carpet. I would definitely recommend Abbey to anyone wanting competitive prices and high quality installers.

I can't thank Abbey Floor & More enough for making a very stressful decision, flooring for our entire new house, such a success! First there were Javier, Carmen, and Kelly at the shop! Each of them was knowledgeable and understanding when indecision plagued us. They allowed us MULTIPLE take-homes with MANY samples, both carpeting and vinyl plank. After helping us make a decision without undue pressure, the expert installation by Ricardo and Jose, further added to our joy! Ricardo is an amazing craftsman. He would settle for nothing less than perfection. I can only say, GIVE ABBEY A TRY! You'll be GLAD YOU DID!
