Lisa serviced and cleaned out my dryer vent today and everything was extremely easy and professional. From the start it was professional. I called, left a voicemail and got a call back within 24 hrs. She was upfront with pricing and explained where things could get more expensive depending on my situation. She scheduled me for a few days later. She arrived right on time, called before arriving, handed me a business card, did the service with her team member Eric, and was out of there within 30 mins - super efficient, and the job was paid as quoted.
