This was a horrible experience. The customer service is atrocious. They take forever to load your truck, and the staff seems to ignore you, staring blankly as if you're invisible. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at ABC. The front office staff is unfriendly and rude. Save yourself the trouble and head to East Orange instead, where the customer service is exponentially better. Not only that, but the forklift drivers there are much more efficient and get you loaded quickly.

For the moment the service was good, I feel a little upset because they wanted to change the delivery of the material If I tell you at that time I want the material at my work and then they want to change the time, I don't like that. but all good. the material was delivered on the ground, but the delivery received it thanks ,

Spoke with Greg today, and while ABC no longer carried what I looking for, he readily made a suggestion of where he last heard it was available. His suggestion paid off and I truly appreciate that he put the customer first and referred me to a competitor. While I will not a ABC customer today, Greg's customer service means that I will one day be. Thanks again Greg.

Lost a few big orders to this location. I won't be talked to like a child or base quotes on "I think around x or I think so" thanks but no thanks. Had a good relationship with prior staff

I love good customer service especially so close to home. Super helpful staff, very detailed and always helpful when I had so many questions
