We deal with James and I recommend him to anyone coming to ABC. He is fair and knowledgeable about all the products. I’ve been going here since they opened. Prices are good and they have what other building supply’s don’t have. Great place for tools. They have a huge catalog they will send you free. Or go online. Love this place!! We will continue to come here for sure. Highly recommend ABC supply.

I recently purchased shake shingle siding from these folks NEWTON LOCATION FACTS: 1- I gave them one star only because there wasn't a zero. 2- I ended up with 3 boxes to much (about $600.00) shingles. After calling them on the telephone and being told I could return them, I drove for 2 hours and upon arrival they refused to accept the return. Incompetence at least by their employees. I could have been, not happy but satisfied, with not being able to return the items had they told me when I called. But to just willy nilly answer questions that involve the customers money and time is unacceptable. 3'- Finally the most unfriendly, rude people I have dealt with in a while. It was like they were mad because they had to sell me something. And yes I would have went some where else had I not

The employees that work in this business are the most rude and disrespectful people I have dealt with in a while. I have now dealt with this company 3 times to buy trim coil. Each time has been a completely rude exchange. Trust me and take your business elsewhere. I won’t be using them again. Too bad I had to go back 2 of the times to get in stock coil to match. Don’t support a business that treats their customers like this. Good luck.
