Started out fine purchased and delivered materials but to close out the project and get odds and ends they’ve been unavailable to answer or return calls. I guess they have more business than they need.

They don’t deserve 1 star. Went there to get price for interior doors. First thing they asked was who was our contractor. Since we didn’t have a contractor yet they said they only deal with contractors. Go to S.W.I. in Downingtown instead, they go out of their way to help you and will recommend a contractor if you ask.

ABC is a great company. I've used them for windows, siding, doors, and the usual things they specialize in. They have great pricing that I can't beat anywhere else. Only drawback, this location is terrible to work with over the phone. They don't always have an answer to my questions, and they have to do more digging, but they never follow up with an answer. They are great at taking my question and taking a number to call me back, but not so good on answering my question. I have over a dozen instances where they were to follow up on things like specs, product availability, price, etc. And they never called back. I just have to go into the store each time to get in front of someone and get an answer.

Cannot say enough about the awesome staff at ABC Supply. Hix worked with us through a great deal of indecision to help us land on the best cabinets for our kitchen renovation. His design help was great and he was patient while we went through several renditions. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for cabinets, counter tops, storm doors, etc stop in and ask for Hix. Hix has been with ABC forever. Nice guy, very knowledgeable. ABC has very competitive pricing.
