Haven’t shopped here yet, so I’ll give 2 for now. But I’m very disappointed at the moment. Wanted to get materials on Friday to prepare for Saturday. Website says it’s closed all day Friday but opens Saturday at 7:00am. How convenient, I thought. Come to find out they are not open on Saturday. Called the phone, and got the answering machine telling me to call during business hours. ABC is really making me look bad right now.

Customer service is not great, I walked into the front office 15 minutes before closing time, just wanting to get a flyer and see what shingles They had. I was not going to stay late. And got treated like absolute garbage by an old bitter lady. She was mad that I came in while they were still open.. I'm sure. There are great people that work there, but she is not one of them. Drove to roofers supply and had a great experience Also never left a bad review in my life that's how rude the lady I spoke to was...

I drove half an hour to get to the store just to hear from the guy inside the store: “May I ask you to step outside and call us with your needs”. Prior to driving to the store I checked all the sections of their website (even COVID-19 section) and nowhere did it say that their showroom is closed until I got to the store and saw that note on the door. Don’t forget guys that people rely heavily on the info that you have on your website, so please, don’t be lazy and update it regularly, so we are not waisting our precious time on idle drives.

Says open at 7 am on website they don’t open till 8 am here it is 815 still not open gate locked not one person is there. I have came here a few times and every time I have a problem with this store. Take your business elsewhere stay away from here!!!! Do not waste your time with this place
