Don’t go unless you’re a contractor. I was told to “go stand out by your car” until somebody helps you… really? I think that’s probably ok with contractors… I left, and came back 2 hours later, and there was a guy that was still there from earlier… just wow.

Awful customer service, don't seem to care about making a sale, they make up whatever they want to make up on the phone. Called to ask about a product, but the rep I spoke with (Chris, but who knows if he lied about his name too) didn’t know the answers and didn’t try to find out. When I asked specific questions, he started giving made-up responses instead of checking his system or asking someone who knew. When I pressed for real info, he got defensive and said he was “only going off what I told him” — but I was the customer calling him for information... They lost a sale and didn’t seem to care

They a lot of material for roofing which is pretty good on that but when it comes to customer service is very poor, I guess they consecrate more on contractors and not the average home owner that was my experience :(

The yard feels chaotic, but the service is great and they lead you to the supplies you require.
