We love Duncan Plumbing! Nick and Jose showed up, diagnosed the issue and with a little logistical rearranging, they were able to get a crew out and fix it that day. They even coordinated with the city to have the main turned back on and now we have hot running water again! And they were so professional. They went above and beyond at every turn. They were even careful of our plants on the dig. I am so grateful. Recommend 10/10! ❤️Thanks Duncan!

Great experience. Jacy came out and looked at my Rinnai tankless hot water heater and we discussed in detail the various ways to getting it fixed. He really helped me understand the best ways to proceed. Not my usual experience. I would enthusiastically recommend Duncan Plumbing to anyone.

The team at Duncan Plumbing are great people to work with! I needed help with a cracked faucet in our kitchen, and they were able to get it handled no problem. As a new mom I especially appreciated how willing and able Nicole at the office was to work her calendar magic, as well as Frank and Chance who were highly capable and courteous of our family’s current needs. I will be calling them to our home for future plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Duncan Plumbing. From the scheduling call to Jose going the extra mile to clean the floor after they were done, it was a top notch experience. Jacy arrived on time, was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and with Jose they resolved the problem in short order.
