Josh from Rosenthal Plumbing was super pleasant to deal with and did an outstanding job servicing my tankless water heater. He also gave me recommendations for future care to help my equipment last longer. It was easy to schedule my appointment with Rosenthal too. Josh called before coming and then arrived on time. I’m usually a bit uptight when workmen are at my home but It was really nice to have him around. He explained everything in detail and gave me several options to choose from. All of them were practical and worthy of consideration. Then he did the work and did a nice job. (By that I mean it looks nice and sturdy, works well and doesn’t leak.) He explained his use of brass fittings to join new copper pipes to my existing galvanized pipes, and why PVC shouldn’t be exposed to strong sunlight. He left me with verbal instructions and the owners manual for the water filter he installed (a much bigger, more reliable and easy to maintain one than the one that it replaces). Prompt, professional communication to set up the appointment with an introduction to my assigned technician, Mario, via his Bio before he arrived, complete with a photo. Mario was amazing in helping fix our plumbing issue. He walked me through the different options and helped me feel informed. He gave me confidence in the process and the outcome. A true professional with excellent communication.

I will always call (or schedule online!) Rosenthal Plumbing. I've hired them for two different challenging plumbing projects now, and it is always a pleasure dealing with all of the staff and technicians. From start to finish, it is a very positive and smooth experience. The technician, Josh Obert, was the best! He arrived at the time stated, assessed the project (leaking pipe), provided different options for repair to meet every budget, explained the cost before beginning, and executed the repair with knowledge and professionalism. He was very pleasant and really went above and beyond the job at hand! The job was completed in one day.
