Milo was recommended to me, and he absolutely delivered—150%. His communication was outstanding from start to finish: responsive, clear, and always on top of details. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and helped me make the right decisions without any pressure. What I appreciated most is that he even redirected me to a place with a bigger variety of flooring at competitive prices—he genuinely wanted me to get the best product and value. My husband and I highly recommend Stellar Flooring. Milo is responsive and easy to work with. We had trouble finding the right fit for our project when contacting other flooring companies, but as soon as we consulted with Milo, we knew that we had found the right person. We really appreciated his can-do attitude and solution-oriented approach.

I found Milo ( Stellar floors ) on a google search and called him because it said he does repairs! It turned out that the whole floor was failing and needed replacement. Milo gave me a fair price and did a " stellar " job! His attention to detail is high, and his prep work is second to none. Milo wants it right! Other than that I have to say I was very impressed from the very first phone call that he answered the phone and from then on he was available and communicative. That's very rare these days. He always does what he say's he's going to do! That makes my project go much smoother! I will call him in the future because I know I can count on him.

It is part of my business to work with contractors and subs on a regular basis. Milo/Stellar Flooring is the BEST contractor I have ever worked with! I had an unusual and puzzling floor situation. When I called, Milo came to assess and educate within 1/2 hour of my call. It was determined we needed the floor fully restored. He went above and beyond in the most professional manner I have ever experienced!! The floors are GORGEOUS!!!

Can't say enough positive things. When we noticed there were tiles starting to peel in our kitchen, Milo answered the phone on the first ring, was there to take a look within hours, and started repairs the following morning. Turned out we had a pretty bad water leak, so it was a bigger job than originally expected, but thanks to him our floor was good as new within three days, for a very good price. Really glad we called him!
