ABC Supply Co. Inc.

We got absolutely completely and totally ripped off from ABC. We have a roofing business and my husband had such a great relationship for years. We have probably given them over a million bucks in business over time. Long story short, we were given damaged materials and had to rip the whole roof off and redo it. They strung us along and said that we would be refunded but instead we have been harassed by bill collectors because they sent our bills to a third party without even explaining/asking, etc. ABC corporate said they would help…. Nothing. So we just paid the final bill and decided we will never shop here again. Thousands GONE! What a shame!!! Ever since they got rid of Kevin this place went downhill!!

Absolutely horrendous experience here. First the phone rang and rang with no answer. I called in to confirm that they had a particular item in stock to which finally they answered and they said they did. I drove an hour up to the location and waited at the counter for service with no acknowledgement of my presence waiting for 15 minutes, just standing there. Then the manager who I spoke to on the phone denied ever saying that item was in stock and he could not provide me with it. Overall wasted two hours of driving time, not to mention the wait time. Will never be coming back here. Not the first time I’ve had a sour experience with them either.

They were very helpful with our custom windows, though they don't do installations, they have great prices, will be back for more. Additionally, Lowe's told us custom windows would take them a month, but ABC had it delivered in a week
