I have worked with R-1 for over 4 years now. They first helped me convert my loft into a nursery for my son and did a great job. They provided me with great quality work for a reasonable price and completed the project in a timely manner! A few years later when I discovered I had water damage in my master bathroom I knew exactly who to call. They remodeled my entire master bathroom and now my entire downstairs. I’m so happy with how everything has turned out. I highly recommend this company! You will not be disappointed!!

Amazing work!!! I moved out here years ago to get away from the craziness of NY and get the all American dream of having a home. The home extremely old and outdated most of the structure was from the time the house was built in the 70s. A lot of things were extremely outdated that when I wanted little things done people will come see (other contractors) they wouldn’t even call me back give me the time of day except for this company. As soon as he came just told me don’t worry we’ll make it work.. extremely trust worthy. Nothing was disturbed or touched complete faith in them and I can’t thank them enough for completely making my dreams come true of having a home that I wanted Thank you all.

R-1 Home Improvements did a great job on our bathrooms, both total redos. For one they converted the tub to walk in shower. Months later I had a question and the owner graciously came over to evaluate and answer it. Highly recommend.

R-1 Home Improvement Corporation do wonderful work. I had work done on my roof, a new electrical panel, new wall, and painting to finish. The work was done efficiently and professionally. They even moved my furniture back in place. I am delighted with this company and highly recommend them.

I had Mauricio repair the supports for the deck on out rental property. His quote was a fair price and his approach to replacing the supports was insightful. The work was done is one day and the workmanship was excellent. However, the project started a few weeks later than promised. I would have given him 5 stars if he would have communicated better about the delay. I would use him again.
