My home inspector recommended me to them due to my newly purchased home having a leaking roof. After a gutter installment along dormers, a replaced boot on the vent cover, and some work on the ridge vent, the roof still leaked. Seeking alternatives I went to a certified roofer to quote a new roof. Roofer comes along and tells me the inspector and S&K lied; he said that the home isn’t a reroof and the reason it’s leaking is that there is 0 tarp paper under shingles. After being set back $1275 for the gutter from S & K, the certified roofer said his cost would have only been $200. It also seems very bizzare that both the inspector and his recommendation of S & K go without noting the lack of tarp paper under shingles and falsifying the reroof and it’s quality.
