I put an addition on my house. Stopped by in person with a material list to see if they sell to the general public or if they were contractor supply only. Promised to email me a quote. Quote didn't come. Called them, promised to follow up. They never delivered the quote. Big waste of my time and delayed the completion of my project

I spend a lot of money at ABC. I have no problem with products. Every time I order materials for pick up I wait. I called my order in yesterday and told them I’d be there tomorrow at 1:00 to pick up. I called again this morning to confirm my 1:00 pick up. Here I am again… one hour wait and counting. I don’t get it. I waited over an hour last time I was here too. Frustrating

Our roofing contractor suggested we go to ABC to look at shingle samples because they have larger ones. We thought that seemed like a good idea and it was. We weren't sure what to expect as it is a business serving contractors, not the public. We were greeted by a young woman (sorry I didn't get her name), who was very friendly and accomodating. We explained why we were there and she patiently answered our questions and helped us find samples in the color combo we were interested in. Thanks ABC !!!

Delivery here gets worse every time, the old guy that unloads thinks he owns abc and that you work on his time. 1hr to get off 4 skids. He seems very miserable not sure why he won't retire they could get someone who doesn't hate coming to work everyday
