We came to Chad with a super unique, custom build idea and he brought it to life in the most wonderful way. We built a multigenerational home, but in a more nontraditional way with both primary living spaces (main and in-law) being on the first level, in a duplex-style design. He listened carefully to our ideas, directed us where we needed or wanted additional direction, but allowed us freedom/flexibility to make choices anywhere choices could be made, and there are a LOT of choices to be made with a custom build. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, while at the same time very personable and approachable. His communication skills are excellent and had endless patience with us as first time builders.
