Best Locksmith in town. Hands down. Able is conveniently located in downtown Frederick, near Rt 15, 270 and I70. The hours are reasonable, and service is prompt and efficient. This is the place for keys, new or older model GM, Ford, etc. They also carry residential and commercial grade hardware from deadbolt to doorknob, and they key 🔑 them too. For hard to find jey blanks or side cut laser style and motorcycle. Able is the place. Prices are fair, and the luxury of one stop shop can't put a number on. Able does lockouts and emergencies as well. Give a try, and you won't be disappointed. Easy street parking. Thanks.

Absolutely fantastic locksmiths! A1 blew me off, J & B Auto outright blew me off to get a 50s classic keys impressioned, but Able got me a quick scheduled visit and got 2 different keys done in about an hour!

Yesterday, 6/13, one of my family members was locked out of their car. I was able to contact Chris, a locksmith at Able, to assist us with unlocking the car. This happened around 6:30PM and Chris responded immediately to come and help and was there within 10 minutes. He was extremely polite and respectful, carried great conversation, and waited patiently after the completion of the job so that my family member could get their card/cash to pay for the service. This was such a great experience with this company and if something like this happens again, I know who to call. Thank you Chris and Able Locksmiths!!

I called every other locksmith in Frederick and nobody wanted to help me get my motorcycle Gas can unlocked. It was a simple lock that any locksmith could’ve done, but no one wanted to service my motorcycle except for these guys who did it without fuss and with speed and efficiency. The guy that came to unlock it was also very friendly.
