I just had a new kitchen tile floor installed and cannot say enough about the high quality and accommodating service from start to finish. From the showroom through installation, every step exceeded my expectations. Tanya in the showroom helped me find the perfect tile for my style and budget. Randy was instrumental with the redesign and I’m thrilled with the outcome. The installer was punctual, professional, and meticulous with his work. The finished floor is absolutely beautiful and has transformed my kitchen. It was cleaned up thoroughly and even followed up to ensure I was satisfied. Bergey's has terrific and very helpful staff. For over 20 yrs, they have accommodated my remodeling clients with great care and attention. We had an incredibly positive experience with our first tile installation by Bergeys! Our contractor recommended them for our master bath remodel and our tile installer Matt was highly-skilled and worked incredibly hard to finish our project on time. He showed up on time, kept the area clean each day and helped us work through some design choices for a shower niche by providing his expertise and recommendations. He even fixed a few things the contractor missed to ensure there were no issues with the install and we’re so grateful for his attention to detail. Just had flooring installed in almost every room in the house. The process from obtaining an estimate to choosing the flooring to installation was seamless! The Installers were respectful of my house and furniture, arrived on time, worked late to meet their deadline for completion, and moved all furniture. They checked for squeaking and when they didn't like the way the floor sounded, they ripped it up and redid it! I can not say enough positive things about their customer service and products they offer!

Everyone at A.W. Bergey's are just amazingly fantastic. They really know what they're doing and do it right the first time. I had engineered hardwood installed in my whole house.
