They used full containment, negative pressure, and long flexible brushes so nothing escaped into the living room where the cats like to nap. They even cleaned the return grille really well. Now when the system runs the air feels pure and light, my eyes don’t itch anymore, the black rings are gone, the cats seem more comfortable and less sneezy, and I’m vacuuming the same spots way less

I booked for vent cleaning of my home with this company. Waited at home as requested by company and they never came. The appointment was on a Friday between 4-6pm. When I called at 6:10pm the office was closed. So I called Tuesday the following week asking what happened. I was told sorry we didn't come or even bother to call, and additionally we will not come at all. find a different company. Save yourself the headache and use a different company

Had an appointment set up for 3/1. No call no show. When I called today to see what happened they said "we no longer service that area". After booking the appointment a week before and confirming location was very much in their service area. Less than ideal customer service.
