HomeServe repair A service technician from Absolute HVAC Guys arrived around 12:30 pm 07/03/25 to fix an earlier diagnosed leak from our a/c system. The appointment window given was between 10 am - 12 pm. The assigned tech did an excellent job replacing the defective part and cleaning up the area around his work. My wife was very pleased with the technicians work and the rapport that he established with her. Thank you for a job well done.

Absolute Hvac Guys sent their tech, Ryan, out this morning In the bitter coldto check our condensate pipe Right before the extreme weather Hits.He arrived On time and he told me the steps he’s gonna take to troubleshoot Why my furnace condensate pipe is making a gurgling noise. He was able to clear out the excess water in the pipe and Monitored it for a little while to ensure the vent was flowing without any more gurgling noises. He provided Instruction on monitoring the pipe exhaust Throughout the storm and after. I feel more confident now, knowing What to monitor for and what to expect in terms of potential repairs if it continues. Thanks, Absolute Hvac Guys!

Service was really good today after we sorted out changes to system configuration were not synching between the thermostat and phone app or one was overwriting the other. System is now fully functional and very much appreciated

Called, they asked me to do some minor troubleshooting as to avoid an expensive call. I appreciate that, it shows their character. When they initially put in my system they stayed late to make sure I had heat. This last call, they went over everything with a fine tooth comb. Luckily, it was something simple. Can’t recommend them enough, they have always shown consideration and ethical behavior in all the interactions I have had with them. They even text you updates before, during, and after the work is done.
