AC3 Contracting

Highly do not recommend. I have reached out several times now and still no response on someone to come out and fix their mistake. All they do is ignore, ignore. They do a very sloppy messy job. They do not listen to their clients when I asked for someone to come back out and look at the toilet as I heard water rushing. They wouldn’t come back out to fix the pipe until I said my floors were bubbling. They fixed the pipe they broke but never fixed the brand new floors they put in Highly would not recommend. Definitely find someone else!

I wouldn’t recommend. They did some work in my bathroom. New floors due to water damage, new toilet and installed shut off valves for the toilet. I reached out the night they finished asking if they can come back out because I hear water running from somewhere. I was told it was just the shut off valve making noise and I wasn’t used to it. Okay. So maybe 2 days go by and now the new floors by the toilet is bubbling and warping. So I reach back out. This time they come out and a pipe got broken underneath when the toilet was installed. They fixed it and said my new floors are water proof so I will be fine. Months go by and the floor never went back down like they said it would. I have now reached out 3 times if they can come back out and fix the part of the floor that got damaged and I rece

They did an outstanding job of removing my spiral staircase., creating a new landing and matching the old paint. This is my second time with them. If I need a 3rd time they are my first call.

This was a very difficult company to work with. Not only was the project way over budget, but it also took twice as long as I was led to believe it would take. It has been six months since they did my project and the floor boards in my bathroom they renovated are already beginning to pull up. There are a lot of contractors you can use in the Lehigh Valley, after what they have put me through I would not recommend using this one. I also know that some of the other reviews on here are from current employees of the company. In response to the contractor's comment below: One of the Google reviews here is most certainly by a current (or maybe by now former) employee.
