This company is amazing!!! They came out and got the old units uninstalled and had the new ones in with a few hours. Extremely polite and professional. Walked us through how the new units worked and how to set them for optimal efficiency and performance. The two installation techs were a true blessing to me and my family. Woke up this morning without heat and it was beyond my limited knowledge to repair. I was able to get a same day service appointment. Academy communicated well and Brandyn was excellent. He was professional, quick, very prepared and did a great job explaining what we needed. We really appreciated his honesty and he had our system up and running in less than 10 minutes. We are very pleased with his work and the customer service by Academy.

Academy Air has been to my house a few times, I needed them to come out again today and they are always out quickly and on time. Their prices have always seemed reasonable. Today Joe came out to our house and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions and help me figure out my problem. Randy was fantastic. Took me through all the steps for upgrading my HVAC unit. He was very professional and I was very happy with his service. Billy and his crew came by a few days later and installed my new heater and A/C unit and I am very pleased with their work. You cannot go wrong with Academy Air.
